Born in South Korea and raised in Australia from the age of 8, I am a Korean-Australian designer who speaks fluent in both languages.

 

As a kid, I always loved drawing. So ever since I was 12, I attended after-school art tutoring classes and spent years drawing and painting with the dream to become an artist. After graduating high school, I decided to pursue Graphic Design because I loved being creative and seeing my ideas come to life. So after many all-nighters, coffee, and tears, I finally graduated from UTS with a bachelor's degree in Visual Communication.

 

I spent the next 5 years working in the industry as a Graphic Designer and I truly loved my job, but deep down, I knew I wanted to achieve more than just making visuals look pretty. That's when I came across UX design. The career transition into a UX designer felt like a natural path for me because I was all about the ‘whys’ behind my design decisions. Comprised of a data-driven mindest and experience in visual design, I am excited to build beautiful and memorable experiences for your users.
